Salesforce is one of the fastest growing IT companies ever and in order to continue our growth in Northern Europe, we are looking for a Partner Sales Manager in Denmark. This role aligns with and supports our local RVPs and sales teams. The remit of responsibility is primarily partner sales & demand generation.
The individual we are looking for, is a real doer and team player. The ideal candidate will work with and be accountable for a select part of the ecosystem of consulting partners in Denmark and work in close alignment with the Alliances Country Leader. The ideal candidate leads by influence, is strong in stakeholder management, is sales driven and have experience from sales, from the industry and potentially also in consulting and/ or marketing departments.
The successful candidate will have an innovator's mind-set, with a strong curiosity about understanding the big picture and translating it into tactical action to drive the designated area of partners. A strong sales mind-set must be supported by an ability to operationally support our sales leaders and - teams and also have skills to do territory planning, partner business plans, partner marketing plans and drive both operational and strategic partnerships with according cadences. Collaboration with key external- and internal collaborators will be extremely important, success in this role is achieved by succeeding trough others.
  • Partner Sales in Denmark for a select set of partners/ segment
  • Support RVPs and sales teams in strategic and operational sales
  • Demgen with partners
  • Support building the health and capability of the Partner Ecosystem in Denmark
  • Cross functional collaboration with peers and relevant stakeholders, such as account executives, sales leadership, corporate and partner marketing etc. to make sure our partners are skilled and able to drive sales and customer success
  • Create Country and business plans with our key partners and hold them accountable for reaching the goals we have set up
  • Drive & lead relevant community projects
  • Forecasting for the territory
  • Previous channel experience is perceived as an advantage
  • Strong sales background is an advantage
  • Experience from matrix organizations with several partners in an international environment
  • Understanding of how consulting companies work and what drives them forward
  • Proven ability to structure and transition sophisticated problems to solutions
  • Ability to structure and transition opportunities into actions
  • Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling and influential presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Slack will be your best friend.
  • Valuable work experience focused on scaling operations and/or logical reasoning
  • Self-starter motivated to go above and beyond the task at hand and succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
