As a Strategic Market Development Senior Manager for Alliances, you will play a meaningful role in our strategic alliances program, working closely with our System Integrator (SI) partners in developing a joint value proposition with some of our key technology Partners (i.e. AWS, Workday, ServiceNOW, etc.)
You will lead the development of a brand new co-sell strategy between our SI Partners, our technology Partners, and our Alliances + Sales team. This role requires a strong builder mindset, excellent communication skills, a highly collaborative approach, and someone who prides themselves on organization and process management.
Key Responsibilities:

Alliance Identification and Cultivation:
Identify and evaluate potential strategic alliances that align with the company's objectives and market positioning.
Develop and nurture relationships with key partners to foster collaboration and drive mutual business growth.

Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for collaboration within the industry.
Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the company's footprint through alliances.

Collaborative Partnership Development:
Collaborate with key Partners to develop joint business plans and value propositions
Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between alliance strategies and overall business objectives.

Performance Measurement and Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure Return on Investment (ROI) of alliance initiatives.
Provide regular reports and updates on alliance performance to Alliance leadership.

Go To Market (GTM) Solutioning :
Develop the appropriate GTM strategy and approach with each SI to capture market share and uncover opportunities
Collaborate with Partner Marketing to drive market awareness of new playbooks between SI and technology Partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience in alliance management, business development, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Results-oriented with a track record of achieving business development goals.
Self-starter who can deal with ambiguity and own an initiative from beginning to end
