Our Enterprise Higher Education sales team focuses on working with our most strategic institutions. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced team with various customers and receive personalized training and career opportunities.
Day to Day
As a Enterprise Account Executive, you will use your strategic selling and relationship management skills to educate prospective customers on the value of Salesforce technology while expanding our market share with our existing customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor, share insights and continually seek opportunities for growth to make your strategic customers as strong and successful as possible. You'll gain cross-functional experience working with multiple internal colleagues: customer success, marketing, product, cross-cloud account executives, solution engineers, industry experts, business development, etc.- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
- Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives
- Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs
- Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with internal sales resources to ensure strategic alignment
- Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
- Drive growth within an existing assigned account
Preferred Qualifications
- 10 years of full cycle sales experience, at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales
- Experience working within the higher education vertical
- Ability to strategize with a large extended team
- Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
