CRM Analytics product is one of our most exciting product offerings ever. It provides an integrated analytics and AI experience within Salesforce’s CRM workflow, and is a key part of Salesforce Customer 360.

Currently, we are on a journey to develop revolutionary analytic capabilities that will help define the Salesforce next-generation analytics platform on Data Cloud and cement Salesforce as a leader in the BI & Analytics industry. The platform will enable Salesforce and our partners to build intelligent analytics applications, removing the barriers between insights and actions until all applications are intelligent.

Your Impact
As a Technical leader, your job responsibilities will include:

  • Setting technical direction and deliver a compelling technical strategy

  • Partner with and influence technical leaders within and across the organization to build a long term roadmap

  • Drive execution of the long term plan incorporating the best development practices, with scalability, performance, security and usability in mind

  • Be a multiplier, lead by example by developing high-quality, production-ready code that can be used by millions of users of our applications

  • Make design decisions on the basis of performance, scalability, and future expansion.

Required Skills:

  • Mastery of multiple programming languages and platforms, experience working with customer facing products and platforms

  • 15+ years of software development experience

  • Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming and other scripting languages: Java, Python, Scala C#, Go, Node.JS and C++;

  • Strong SQL skills and experience and experience with relational and non-relational databases e.g. (Postgress/Trino/redshift/Mongo).

  • Experience with developing SAAS applications over public cloud infrastructure - AWS/Azure/GCP;

  • Extensive experience building highly scalable, performant multi-tenant web applications and platforms

  • Experience building ML/AI models, pipelines, and applications

  • Excellent communications skills and ability to drive consensus within the organization and company

  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity

  • Collaborative, team-oriented, and mentorship

  • Ability to work in a distributed and fast-paced environment
