Named Account Executive HLS
We are currently recruiting high-energy, driven Named Account Executives with confirmed experience in solution sales with a value-driven sales approach. XBU you will be fully responsible for a certain territory or vertical, selling into mixture of international EBU and Swiss based top CBU (Enterprise and Commercial) Accounts. The customer portfolio will be a mixture of prospects (focus) and existing customer, the focus of the HLS xBU organisation is to widen our footprint in the Swiss HLS industry, therefore the focus is on closing new logos and develop them further over time.
Ideal candidates should possess strong B2B sales and account management experience and a proven record selling into the Swiss market. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the digital transformation (the 4th industrial revolution) and who want to play an integral part in it.

Work in partnership with our team of Business Developers, Pre-sales and marketers for all sales leads and sales opportunities
Drive strategic sales in your territory/vertical by handling the complete sales process
Up-selling and demonstrating business from new and established customer relationships
Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings
Leading industry events and user groups to generate market interest
Attend industry-recognized sales training programmes
Further development of sales techniques through our Sales Academy, Boot camp and Sales Efficiency teams
Solution sales experience, either Software or Technology sales or strong sales experience from within a certain industry, e.g Manufacturing, Retail, E-Commerce, selling sophisticated solutions
Shown sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement
Successful history of net new business sales
A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
Proficient in French and English
Willingness to Travel
