About the Role
MuleSoft's unique position helps Global and Regional Systems Integrators deliver on their clients' digital transformation, cloud migration, mobile, big data, and IOT initiatives, and we are looking for a hard worker Alliances Partner Sales organisation - with significant experience generating new enterprise business through alliances and channels partners and growing the partner ecosystem.

This role is responsible for working with the MuleSoft Distribution business and System Integrator partners in the region to drive growth and adoption of Mulesofts Automation suite (RPA, Composer & Flow). This will be done by driving account and pursuit alignment between the partner ecosystem and Mulesoft's direct Sales team, along with a host of additional cross functional peers. The ideal candidate will have significant experience Hyperautomation and RPA as well as generating new enterprise business through alliances and channels partners and growing the partner ecosystem!

Your Impact:

  • Work with local leaders from across the Sales & Customer Success organisations develop a strategy and plan to deliver growth and ongoing customer success with our partner ecosystem

  • Manage and deliver partner sourced pipeline and build a plan for Partner Accelerated ACV growth tied to Mulesoft’s Hyperautomation strategies and initiatives in close alignment with internal stakeholders and partners

  • Take partner sales plays, offerings and industry assets/solutions and align with our Salesforce teams (Partner Account Managers, Industry Partner Sales, Account Executives, Industry Teams, etc.)

  • Drive a partner marketing plan aligned with the needs of the Mulesoft Automation business and ecosystem objectives for growth.

  • Track in-flight project success for emerging or specialist solutions, find opportunities to improve success rates, and work with functional teams to implement strategies to accelerate customer success

  • Engage with Global counterparts to leverage and share best practice.

  • Conduct regular cadence between the Partner & Salesforce collaborators and adjust strategies as required

  • Understand the breadth and depth of the partner ecosystem and develop a plan to recruit partners as appropriate

  • Identify partner enablement needs and align with internal teams to fill the gaps

  • Ensure effective and timely internal & external communication and coordination of Salesforce’s ecosystem strategy & execution results


Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Extensive external sales or partner management experience across a variety of industries, experience in Integration software or Salesforce is ideal

  • Strong executive selling and business development skills; proven ability to understand different partner GTM models.

  • A proven track record in CXO engagement and interaction

  • A knowledge of Hyperautomation or RPA technology, solutions and sales cycles

  • Proven ability to build, lead and implement strategy in a cross-functional environment.

  • Demonstrated analytical, organisational, and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely and critical decisions that affect cross-functional teams and has substantial impact on investments and program effectiveness.

  • Demonstrable proof of producing measurable results of influenced revenue or growing a business

  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex, matrixed global organisation.

  • Strong drive, excellent communication skills and character qualities that match with company core values and inspires others to follow and act

  • Strong tolerance for ambiguity; able to focus and implement in a changing environment; ability to make things happen.

  • Proven experience in alliance or channel management roles, sales experience a bonus

  • Deep Data Integration and Automation experience in a similar sized organisation
