As we expand our operations across Europe and the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), we are seeking a highly motivated and expert Director to join our multifaceted Sales Enablement team.
As Director of South, Central and North EMEA regions, it will be instrumental in driving the success and efficiency of our EBPs (Enablement Business Partners) across these regions to support the growth and performance expectations of our business. You will work closely with the regional sales leadership to develop and implement strategic enablement programs that improve the skills, knowledge, and performance of our sales professionals. This role requires a strategic
problem solver with outstanding leadership skills and an in-depth understanding of Salesforce and Sales enablement best practices.
The responsibility of establishing close business working relationships
with the key sales and solutions management partners in EMEA will be yours by developing an agreed enablement plan with your sales leaders and drive various enablement program and activities through your team of EBPs.
As Director, you will ensure that enablement provides an impact to achieve the prioritised business outcomes and goals as provided by the leadership teams. You will be responsible for keeping progress and
resolve key success criteria and how it may be supervised or measured in agreement with the partners.
The role will utilise your collaboration skills in ensuring that the success
is driven by team effort with input from the various parts of the
business.
The ideal candidate has a track record of leading medium to large
programs, working in cross-functional project teams, detailing strong
communication, and demonstrating key partner engagement and interpersonal management.
Primary Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy for the regions, aligning with the overall company objectives and sales goals.
Training and Development: Identify training needs to improve the capabilities of sales teams such as product training, sales skills development, objection handling, competitive intelligence, and more.
Sales Process Optimisation: Continuously analyse the sales process to identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to boost sales efficiency.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with cross functional teams to ensure flawless coordination and alignment of enablement efforts across the organisation.
Metrics and Reporting: Use business key performance indicators as well as Enablement reporting to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and provide regular reports to senior management on the impact of the programs.
Leadership and Team Development: Lead and coach a team of
enablement professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence.
Market and Industry Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends,
competitor activities, and market dynamics to advise on the direction of sales enablement strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus preferred
Shown experience (at least 8-10 years) in Sales, Sales Leadership, Sales enablement, Sales operations, or a similar role, with consistent track record of driving positive business outcomes.
Extensive knowledge of sales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to empower and develop impactful teams.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing partners at all levels.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and building collaborative relationships.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Bi-lingual - English, French or Spanish preferred Location in Madrid, UK&I based on travel expectations within region on a monthly basis.
