Data Cloud 担当キャンペーン・マネージャーは、マーケティング統括本部デマンドジェネレーショングループに所属し、Data Cloudの売上や商談金額目標、製品に関するビジネスニーズや課題、競合ランドスケープ、Value Proposition（市場優位性）などを理解した上で、社内のステークホルダー（営業、プロダクトマーケティング、デジタルマーケティング、カスタマーサクセス、アライアンス、システムエンジニアチーム等）と密にコミュニケーションを行い、Data Cloudにおける包括的なマーケティング戦略・計画を立案し、キャンペーンマネージメント（予算、スケジュール、リソース、ステークホルダー・コミュニケーション、PDCA）を実行し、目標に貢献して頂きます。

主なミッションは、Salesforceの戦略商材であるData Cloudのビジネス拡大（認知度向上、商談作成支援、商談促進支援）と成長、そして市場シェアの拡大となります。
上記に加え、営業・インサイドセールス組織との連携におけるSalesforceサービスの活用向上、Data Cloud市場認知を目的としたマーケティングアセットの開発、組織のガイドラインやプロセスに沿ったキャンペーンの企画・実施・運用・レポートを行います。Campaignは目的・ペルソナ・カスタマージャーニーに最適なチャネルおよび手法 (例: Webサイト、Blog、Paid Digital、Email、各種イベント、Webinarなど) を活用し、フルファネルで需要を創出することを期待します。

必要なスキル・経験

• 7年以上のSaaS・IT製品のマーケティングまたは営業・SE経験

• Salesforceの使用経験もしくはSalesforceを使用した営業・販売経験

• ビジネス英語（TOEIC 750点以上）

• 各部門のステークホルダーと共通のゴールを目指し、連携する高いコミュニケーション力

• 限られた時間内で包括的なマーケティング戦略の立案と計画を作成し、費用対効果の高い施策を実行する能力

• 対象ペルソナにおけるビジネスニーズ、最新トレンドの理解および継続的な学習意欲

• 柔軟性が高く、スピーディに行動し、期待を超えるパフォーマンスの達成にチャレンジできる方

• 起業家マインドがあり、新しい分野にチャレンジし、柔軟な発想をもって、ステークホルダーを巻き込みながら、リーダーシップを発揮できる方

• 自発的に新しいことを学ぶことができるSelf Starterで、クラウドサービス、テクノロジーに興味がある方

• 大学卒業以上
