Our Futureforce recruiting team is looking for a talented marketing specialist to help lead our university recruiting efforts in our EMEA region and across the globe.
Reporting to the Global Manager of Marketing and Comms, Futureforce, you will strategize and design campaigns to reach our Generation Z candidates, assist in our social efforts, write and publish comms to attract candidates and cultivate our local programs. They’ll collaborate with our other content specialists and event leads to build and distribute digital stories that help us attract, recruit, and retain next-gen talent.
The ideal candidate will be analytical and data-driven, understand the competitive landscape, and have a passion for developing marketing tactics that use both digital and non-digital channels to engage our target demographic. This person should have experience in email marketing and be able to run email campaigns.
Partnering closely with Futureforce Programs and Recruiting teams, this person will maintain the company’s voice and tone across all content.
Responsibilities
Develops original, compelling written content across multimedia channels to implement in integrated marketing campaigns
Supports the strategy development and execution of owned channels, including website, organic social media, and email—from content creation, copywriting, approval, content calendar scheduling, programming, publication, monitoring, and moderation
Work with Content Marketing partners to identify key topics of interest to target audiences and independently draft content for SEO articles, blog posts, and other channels.
Optimizes top and mid-funnel digital content based on performance insights to increase organic traffic and response-to-opportunity ratio.
Required Skills/Experience:
3-5 years in a marketing demand generation or marketing programs role at a B2B company
Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail
Experience in email marketing. Marketing Cloud or Beamery experience desired
Working knowledge of social standard methodologies and proven experience sharing content across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and blogging platforms.
Some experience in HTML, AMPscript, SQL
Some experience running YouTube, LinkedIn Live, and other live campaigns
In-depth experience using analytical and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Bitly, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Social, etc. to make data-driven decisions
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, products & systems
Desired Skills/Experience:
Understanding of the university recruitment space and unique characteristics of this target audience
Strong attention to detail, passion for driving impact, and willingness to solve technologies
Self-motivated and able to work well both individually and in a highly collaborative environment
Highly organized. Able to learn quickly based on edits, feedback, and direction.
Results-oriented and able to handle complicated priorities while meeting tight deadlines
