The Service Cloud Content Experience (CX) Team is looking to add an experienced content producer! Our team produces critical documentation and content that helps customers achieve their business goals with our cutting edge customer service products, including new AI features. We work closely with other writers, product managers, engineers, and designers in an Agile development environment to produce in-app assistance, help, guides, interactive training, and videos for administrators, users, and developers. We’re passionate about innovating and developing solution-oriented content strategies that deliver the right content, the right way, at the right time. Required Experience/Skills:
5+ years of experience documenting software for technical audiences
Ability to write clear, concise, and approachable content and to adapt your voice, tone, and style to the audience
Ability to quickly and independently learn and explain complex technologies
Curiosity about how things work and figuring out how they could work better
High standards of quality and attention to detail
Excellent problem solver
Strong advocate for the customer
Ability to create a content strategy for a product
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Bachelor's degree in a technical, communications, or writing field, or equivalent experience
Desired Experience/Skills:
Experience with source control software such as Perforce or Git
Experience with XML-based authoring tools such as Oxygen
Experience with DITA and structured authoring
Experience with the Agile development environment
Experience in customer service or with customer service applications
