You will encourage knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving while connecting technical changes with key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.

Additionally, you will facilitate collaborative immersive learning environments and bring the teams together to discover the boundaries of the code they own. Coaching Testing Strategies:

  • Coach the teams in developing testing strategies that leverage code boundaries to improve code quality and the speed of iteration.

Issue Identification and Resolution:

  • Use coaching skills to guide teams in identifying and addressing challenges related to security, product constraints, or architectural limitations.

Agile Methodology Implementation:

  • Assist teams in implementing Agile methodologies, ensuring they follow Agile principles and encouraging collaborative practices.

DevOps:

  • Coach operability of software is a first class concern. The ideal candidate will be able to articulate the benefits of staggered rollouts using techniques such as feature flags and assist teams in learning to use these safely at scale.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Promote effective collaboration between technical and non-technical team members.

  • Encourage cross-functional teams to deliver the right set of product features.

Feedback and Cycle Time Improvement:
