The Partner Product Success organization is part of the Alliances & Channels organization at Salesforce and partners provides global practice developing partnerships with our Strategic Consulting Partners to provide global practice development guidance. The MuleSoft Partner Product Success organization is chartered to drive deep product and delivery capabilities into our Partner ecosystem for the entire MuleSoft product spectrum (Anypoint Platform, Composer, RPA and Flow)
We are seeking a Sr. Partner Success Architect who can drive the development of deep MuleSoft technical capability across the global MuleSoft Partner ecosystem. This will require increasing the depth of skills, product knowledge, and MuleSoft approaches to consistently deliver customer success by the partner ecosystem.
Doing so will require you to create partner engagement content and programs and deliver them to the partner ecosystem across the globe via Webinars, Workshops, and Demo & Product Summits. You will need to work in tight collaboration with the Product Management, Engineering, and Solution engineering teams to gain insights, create content and distribute them to partners. You will also be the conduit between the Product teams and Partners on new product introductions (NPIs), new innovations and capabilities in MuleSoft Suite of Products covering Integrations, APIs and Automation.
Your Impact to the team:
Build Broad and Deep MuleSoft Product and Delivery Capabilities in the Partner Ecosystem across all MuleSoft product areas, including Integration, APIs, and Automation across all products (Anypoint Platform, Composer, RPA and Salesforce Flow).
Lead Partners on MuleSoft’s value and positioning in the next revolution of Digital Transformation using AI+Data+CRM and multi-cloud implementations.
Enable Partners to demonstrate Assets and Resources from MuleSoft to enhance customer value delivered.
Implement enablement programs using 1:Many, 1:1 interactions and using scale programs such as Pocket Guide, Partner Slack Channels, learner Journeys, Salesforce Community and Learning Course on Partner Learning Camp (PLC).
Embed MuleSoft Catalyst, our delivery approach in every partner and enable partner ecosystem to drive customer success using Catalyst.
Ensure Partner Ecosystem is fully aware and capable of successfully delivering all product capabilities across the Products(Anypoint Platform, Composer, RPA and Salesforce Flow).
Build Influencers in the Partner Ecosystem who are deep technical experts and enthusiasts using programs like Champions and Ambassadors.
Be the mentor and Doer to the architects and senior technical leaders in the Partner Ecosystem.
Assess the Partner’s focus areas and key success criteria through the annual joint business plan and regular reviews
Assess partner capability across business development, technical, and delivery domains and accordingly plan enablement.
Building 1:1 relationships with the technical and practice enablement executives within the Partner community.
Create and deliver programs to expand the capacities of certified professionals in the Partner Ecosystem.
About the Position:
The Sr. Partner Architect will:
Create enablement content such as Webinars, Events, Demos, Workshops, and Product Summits for all MuleSoft products including Anypoint Platform, Composer, RPA, and Salesforce Flow.
Deliver enablement sessions to the Partner Ecosystem using 1:1 and 1:Many formats as a Primary enabler for your region and support other regions when needed.
Align, Create content, Support in creating multi-disciplinary content, and deliver enablement sessions in enterprise-wide themes driven by the Salesforce Vision of AI+Data+CRM.
Collaborate tightly with Product, Engineering, and Solution Engineering teams to build enablement programs.
Work closely with Product Teams on New Product Introductions (NPIs) to resolve enablement needs and collaborate to deliver enablement to Partners.
Manage and contribute to Scale Enablement programs such as Pocket Guide, Partner Slack Channel, Learner Journeys, and MuleSoft Partner Community.
Work with Partner Learning Camp (PLC) to create learning courses for MuleSoft products, components, capabilities, and delivery approaches.
Collaborate with Partner facing teams such as Partner Account Management and Partner Sales Success to align on Partner needs, gaps, enablement planning, and execution.
Engage regularly with key partners to monitor the enablement process, new requirements, and future goals.
Respond to specific Enablement needs and requests from the partners and provide specific advice and enablement.
Create and deliver enablement programs to help certification aspirants to improve their chances of passing certification examinations.
Participate in cadence meetings with Partner Account Management teams and Partner Practice Delivery teams to align on gaps, needs, and planning of Capacity and Capability of the Partner Ecosystem, with specific insights on key partners.
Participate in cadence meetings with key Partners to gather, analyze, plan, and implement enablement programs.
Passionate about partners, the role of partners in Salesforce’s success, and dedicated to building a robust Partner ecosystem in a rapidly growing organization.
A strong background in partner business with either a system Integrator, technology reseller, or a product company.
Completed enterprise pre-sales cycles (e.g., sales engineering, solution consulting, sales consulting)
Demonstrated ability to grasp and learn new business models and technology paradigms
Extensive hands-on technical consulting and solution implementation experience with one or more of the following:
PaaS and IaaS
Cloud technologies and low code integration/automation solutions
Understanding of ERP, CRM, HCM, and related application software domains
Demonstrably excellent, context-specific, and adaptive communication and presentation skills across a variety of audiences and situations; established habit of proactive thinking and behavior and the desire and ability to self-start/learn and apply new technologies
Ability to achieve relevant Certifications as part of your new hire/onboarding journey. Any active MuleSoft Certifications are beneficial
