We are looking for a high-performing marketing paid media leader to drive the strategy, execution, and optimisation of Salesforce’s paid media programs across our Asia Pacific markets. Reporting to the VP of Media, this role will orchestrate media planning, experimentation, delivery and optimisation across our portfolio of products. This is a highly strategic and analytical leader who will successfully drive revenue through all paid media channels including Paid Social, Display, Content Syndication, etc, setting programs up for successful execution across our prospect-to-revenue framework and driving continued growth for the business.

This leader will build and lead a team of media strategists and executioners and oversee all in-house paid media operations focused on engaging, acquiring, and accelerating prospects across their journey to customers in APAC. This leader will co-create regional operating models, and create best in class partnerships across APAC Field Marketing, Global Product marketing, Global Brand Marketing, Global MASH, (AMER EMEA & LATAM) Media Teams, APAC Procurement and Finance.

The ideal candidate has tenured B2B SaaS marketing experience managing $10M+ media budget, covering multiple product and APAC geography pairings with quantifiable impact on pipeline and revenue. Likewise this candidate has deep ROAS and ROI optimisation expertise across a diverse set of direct-response media channels.

This leader will be capable of setting a bold vision, creating a comprehensive strategy, executing with excellence, and using complex data to achieve success and foster an environment of continuous testing and improvement.


  • Define, create, and optimize diverse paid media strategies (awareness, demand generation & capture, inbound, ABM, etc) that drive new customer acquisition, expand existing customers across our APAC region

  • Provide leadership and expertise to drive/inform long term strategy and vision for paid media for established and emerging markets in the APAC region

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of paid media operations

  • Build and develop a team of media strategists & executioners

  • establishing the scope, resourcing, and approach of the regional media team and full-funnel media programs.

  • maintain and grow a strong performance marketing team culture and morale

  • manage and train and lead the Seniors & Analysts particularly their performance mindset

  • develop our team through a deliberate approach to career and performance management

  • Introduce and coordinate cross-team knowledge sharing

  • Own and oversee the paid media practice, resources and vendors to ensure excellence in execution and maximum ROAS.

  • Develop a long-term approach to advancing media capabilities and competency in supporting, implementing, optimizing and working within AdTech (CRM, automation platforms, AI,etc.)

  • Act as a strategic thought leader to regional marketing leadership to deliver data-driven recommendations on key opportunities for growth and efficiency

  • Work with Marketing leaders to identify and track joint goals around funnel leads, pipeline revenue, sales opportunities, and conversion

  • Support the evolution of key channel reports (ROI, LTV, ROAS, CAC:LTV) to measure campaign performance and pacing against targets real-time


  • Senior paid media leader specialised in B2B full funnel marketing driving marketing sourced pipeline and achieving business outcomes across key Asia Pacific markets

  • Demonstrated years of B2B marketing experience managing full spectrum of paid media activities : performance marketing strategy, mixed media modelling, financial planning, digital experience design, campaign execution, analysis, and reporting

  • Track record in building and scaling paid media capabilities and driving paid media organisational transformation

  • Expert analytical skills with deep understanding of mixed media modelling, measurement, multi-touch attribution, and full funnel media planning

  • Builder and driver of change management in a fast paced and dynamic organisation

  • Track record in outstanding business partnering with demonstrated years of cross-functional experience working across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to unify planning and impact

  • Expertise with digital media analytics tools, automation, AI, and data visualisation as applied to performance marketing, data, and analytics.

  • Excellent ability to convey complicated and nuanced insights in accessible language to relevant stakeholders

  • Expertise with AdTech: Program Platform, Ad Server, DSP, CDP, and Ad Verification tools

  • Experience managing a team of 5+ or more professionals

  • Proven in-house leadership abilities, capable of managing a team of at least 4 direct managers and individual contributors from the start

  • Proven team transformation experience in hiring, retaining and coaching a team for peak performance
