Named Account Executive Role
Our Federal Civilian team is growing, and we are seeking to hire a Named Account Executive who possesses a consistent track record of selling enterprise software to the Federal Government.

MuleSoft helps agencies build stronger connections between citizens, employees, governments, services, and the information they all need. That makes government and civilian entities more adaptable, effective, and above all, efficient.

Day to Day:
As a Named Account Executive, you would be responsible for generating new business in existing accounts and in new markets, as well as playing a key role as you drive strategic, enterprise-wide xRM, analytics, and application platform initiatives.

  • You will use your skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

  • Develop key customer collaborator relationships and drive customer happiness at assigned accounts

  • Assist with the development and execution of overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives

  • Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs

  • Assist with account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with other sales resources (Salesforce Core AE’s, Prime AE’s, Cloud AE’s, etc.) to ensure strategic alignment

  • Share value proposition for existing and/or new customers

  • Drive growth within new and existing assigned accounts

  • You will work closely with your customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will advise customers on the Salesforce MuleSoft Platform to evangelize the solution that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations.

  • You will give to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.

Roles & Top Qualifications:
MuleSoft Federal Named Account Executives requires:

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

  • 8+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales, account management and Enterprise-level sales experience with a consistent track record of success focused on selling into the southeast government agencies.
