About Team

Our Automotive industry team works with customers to help them reduce costs with innovations that bring automotive journeys together. The team works with automotive and dealership companies to further their digital transformation, enabling them to adapt with agility and navigate pressures.

About Role

This role will focus on sustaining and growing the relationship with one of our largest strategic Automotive accounts. You will work closely with a Senior Account Executive on this account, and have oversight of our entire portfolio of products

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop key customer relationships and drive customer impact and value to the assigned account

  • Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives

  • Coordinate internal Salesforce resources to meet customer business needs

  • Perform account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment

  • Share Salesforce value proposition for the existing customer

  • Drive growth within the existing enterprise account
