Position: Marketing Manager - Norway

Location: Salesforce Oslo Office (Minimum 3 days per week in-office))

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our Nordic Marketing team in one of our fastest-growing country, Norway. This pivotal role involves crafting and driving strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive qualified leads. As the Marketing Manager for Norway, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing plan, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Alignment: Work closely with the regional sales organization to align marketing strategies with corporate objectives, fostering collaboration between marketing and sales teams.

  • Campaign Management: Develop and implement marketing campaigns and programs that contribute to building the sales pipeline and closing business deals. Activities include event management, marketing automation, account-based marketing, content creation, and social media engagement.

  • Event planning and execution: Manage strategic events in Norway and leverage global events like Dreamforce to bring innovative insights and ideas to the Norweigan market.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the Nordic and Northern Europe marketing team and local agencies, along with the Nordic PR & Corporate Communications team, to drive brand awareness in the Norweigan market.

  • Budget and Performance: Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources across tactics, and optimize spending to improve results. Continuously monitor marketing and sales performance metrics, pipeline development, and forecasts to make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Marketing Expertise: Extensive experience in multi-channel marketing management. Strong background in event management

  • Digital Marketing: Proven track record in planning and driving integrated digital campaigns to generate leads, opportunities, and closed deals.

  • Innovative Thinking: Strong background in developing and driving innovative marketing strategies and programs to meet pipeline and revenue targets.

  • Budget Management: Proficiency in managing marketing budgets, resource allocation, and performance forecasting.

  • Customer Journey: Ability to create cohesive end-to-end customer journeys that drive new business and cross/upsell campaigns.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the IT industry is a plus.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in Google Docs, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.

  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, collaborative, proactive, creative, entrepreneurial, open to feedback, and able to excel under high-pressure situations.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in both Norweigan and English is essential.
