The Business Development Associate role is Salesforce.com’s graduate programme within our Sales Development organisation. Are graduating in 2022 or 2023 (minimum bachelor’s degree)
Are passionate about sales

Are Fluent in Swedish & English (combined)
What will you be doing?
Collaborate with our Sales Development teams to grow and improve customer intelligence
Engage with customers via telephone and email to assess their needs
Attend regular partner meetings
Have the opportunity to focus on your self development by attending internal courses
Partner with colleagues on internal pillars to help drive our growth, culture, alignment & talent
Help drive innovation, knowledge sharing and fun in our team meetings and discussions

Map your Future
You will begin your career as a Business Development Associate, progress to Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative and then into our Sales organisation as Account Executive, where you will position our solutions to potential customers.
