About Salesforce

We’re Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. Leading with our core values, we help companies across every industry blaze new trails and connect with customers in a whole new way. And, we empower you to be a Trailblazer, too — driving your performance and career growth, charting new paths, and improving the state of the world. If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.

Turn your interests in writing, technology, and helping others learn into a career! Content Designers use data and research to build experiences that give Salesforce users the right information, at the right time, in the right way. We help them reach their goals faster by crafting easier-to-use, streamlined products and features.

The experiences you build use simple language to reduce complexity in the product in a way that feels human and intuitive. You will learn what words to write, where they should go, and how they should be delivered in the product to help our users be successful with Salesforce.

You'll be passionate about crafting in-app content and work hand-in-hand with research and design early and iteratively in the product development. In partnership with technical writers, designers, researchers, marketing leads, product managers, and engineers, you'll be crafting experiences that help our users meet their goals. Along the way, you'll gain experience in gathering feedback, speaking publicly to partners, peers, and leaders about your work.

You're an excellent match if you're self-directed and passionate about technology, writing, and design. If you’re studying creative writing, user experience, journalism, or design, have a streamlined writing style, and a desire to make software easier to use, then we want to meet you. We're based in San Francisco and we've got one of the best technical writing teams in the business.

Develop your interests in writing, technology, and helping others into a career!
