As a Product Manager Director in our Salesforce AI Organization, you will be instrumental in shaping our product vision and driving its success in the market.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Define and implement the product strategy to align with the company's overall vision and goals
Represent the voice of the customer. Be the champion and voice of customers. Build impactful, personal customer relationships. Bring the customer's voice into the creation process. Own requirements, specifications, and release plans for the team.
Drive market assessment of product gaps across business segments (Clouds) and identify key business drivers
Internal: Collaborate with AI research and engg. teams to determine which product initiatives can be pursued based on return on investment/global impact
Measure success. Measure everything. A feature's release does not decide success. Define what success means for each feature and each function before it even goes to development. Develop ways to constantly define and monitor success.
Pull from experiences and standard processes to lead ad-hoc data and business analysis approaches from problem identification through solutioning and future state recommendations
Success will be defined through new product features delivered, gaps addressed and increased customer adoption/topline growth.
Experience/Skills Required
Outstanding leadership, prioritization, organization, communication, and social skills (verbal/presentation/written) required
Confirmed experience in product management or similar roles
Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence in its myriads flavors
Consistent track record of successfully launching and leading a product or a service
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Experience speaking publicly to executive leadership and handling critical customer situations.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience working on sophisticated cross-functional projects end-to-end and/or in highly matrixed organizations required.
10+ yrs years of experience
Bachelor's degree (technical subject areas preferred) plus an MBA
Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead and work autonomously.
Cloud computing experience is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of Salesforce/CRM is a plus
Experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum
Experience delivering highly scalable products (think 100,000s customers)
