About the role:
Marketing Cloud is a leading global digital marketing platform from Salesforce which includes tools for email marketing, social media marketing, mobile marketing, online advertising, and marketing automation. Marketing Cloud enables businesses to create data driven, personalised, customer journeys across multiple channels. You will work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will collaborate with customers on the Salesforce Platform to evangelise solutions using Marketing Cloud that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organisations. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.
What we look for in you:
Enterprise software solutions/SaaS sales experience - Digital Marketing background is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Demonstrable track achievement against targets and metrics
Strong consultative selling experience and solid prospecting skills
Extensive experience and consistent track record in solution sales within the software industry to commercial customers.
Strong focus on delivering customer success with a consultative, outcome-based sales approach.
Excellent relationship building and communication skills - comfortable with CxO level engagements
Validated consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.
Ability to maintain a high level of efficiency, handle multiple challenging priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
Experience with driving strategy and a vision for the customer's future.
Continuously seeking innovation - innovative mentality and entrepreneurial approach.
Capable of working within a matrix model, both internally and externally.
Fluent in Norwegian and English
Attendance in the office will be expected (Oslo).
