WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are looking for an experienced technical writer to join our team in creating customer documentation for SAP Fieldglass.
You will be involved in creating documentation and release communication for new features, updating existing guides and creating new deliverables, implementing new tools and technologies in the documentation space, and collaborating with teams such as UX and product management on the wording of strings and messages – all with the goal of helping customers adopt and use features in SAP Fieldglass.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
• 3-8 years of experience in a software technical writing role
• University degree in technical communication or related field (English, communications, etc.)
• Demonstrated excellence in writing, grammar, editing, organizing, and presenting technical information
• Experience with content management systems (IXIASOFT preferred), with a working knowledge of DITA, HTML, and XML
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence is highly desired
• Ability to work independently, and with strong communication skills
• Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems, Managed Service Providers, and the Service Procurement Process is a plus
