Meet your Team


The role of the Corporate Marketing team is to create a best-in-class, digital-first organization for SAP to increase the effectiveness, scale, and agility of SAP’s digital ecosystem. Analytics & Optimization partners across Corporate Marketing, and with key stakeholders in Marketing & Solutions Operations and Intelligent Enterprise Systems (IES), to develop an end-to-end performance management framework that supports the optimization of Integrated Demand Programs (IDPs) and core marketing engines. The team also drives monthly optimization reviews and works with program and engine owners to run tests that support continuous learning and optimization.


The Role


  • Lead as Regional Analyst within the SAP Corporate Marketing organization for the APJ Region
  • You will be working with relevant stakeholders to define key metrics for success for Corporate Marketing across programs and engines, within the context of the overall Marketing & Solutions performance measurement framework
  • Responsible for defining the metrics, measuring progress, and reporting performance with relevant insights in all review meetings
  • Provide support by identifying potential performance improvement areas to achieve the corresponding targets
  • Run review meetings by preparing data and insights along with other stakeholders, providing inputs to optimize the activities to achieve targets
  • Be data savvy. You should be capable of pulling data by yourself, although there would be tools and reports available, hands-on experience in handling and interpreting data is vital to be successful this role


The Profile


  • 8+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing Analytics
  • Must be a candidate with strong Analytical, Presentation and Communication skills
  • Requires relevant experience working with and presenting to C-Level Executives.
  • You should be able to understand the various aspects of Digital Marketing.
  • You should have the skill set to translate strategy into execution and break it down into programs/projects to measure overall success. 
  • You demonstrate servant-leadership and inspire others to your vision. This role will rely on other teams in Corporate Marketing.
  • Must be fluent in English (Written/Verbal)
  • Flexibility required in working time to accommodate stakeholders working in different time zones
  • Preferred: Working experience with tools like AFO, Analyzer, SAC, BWP, Adobe Analytics
