What you will be doing:

The Manager, Campaign Management & Capabilities supports the transformation of Tangerine’s Marketing organization by contributing to change initiatives, defining the evolving Interaction Model, and supporting communication planning. The role also enables the adoption and ongoing optimization of marketing platforms and MarTech tools to support a client-centric, performance-driven environment. This role works in close partnership with the Senior Manager, Campaign Management & Capabilities to advance strategic transformation by shifting mindsets and embedding new ways of working across teams.


Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Change Management
    • Develop a comprehensive Change Management Plan to guide Marketing Transformation.
    • Collaborate with both the marketing and business partners to ensure the change management plan includes all audiences and perspectives
    • Conduct detailed impact assessments and develop robust action plans with stakeholders to support smooth transitions with minimal business disruption.
    • Articulate and communicate a compelling change narrative to build understanding and engagement.
    • Develop and execute structured communication plans to reinforce change messaging.
    • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and calibration sessions to gather feedback and co-create solutions across a highly matrixed environment
    • Support continuous improvement by analyzing process data, sharing insights, and evolving the marketing operating model (e.g., Squad roles calibrations, RACI updates).
    • Monitor progress and adoption through defined metrics and control mechanisms, ensuring timely course correction.
    • Foster a culture of inclusivity, performance, agility, and client-first thinking across all marketing functions.
  • Technology Adoption & Enablement
    • Support the adoption and continuous evolution of marketing platforms and MarTech tools (e.g., Workfront, Planning Tool, Adobe DAM).
    • Organize onboarding, training, and ongoing support to new and existing marketing team members, ensuring a holistic understanding of processes and tools.
    • Conduct regular reviews of platform campaign workflows to ensure relevance, usability, and alignment with team needs.
    • Provide day-to-day user support and troubleshoot campaign process and platform-related issues.
    • Maintain centralized enablement resources, templates, and documentation.
    • Collaborate with Client Experience and MarTech teams to ensure tools align with business needs.
    • Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to ensure operational alignment.
    • Ensure technology enablement activities comply with internal standards and risk management guidelines.

  • Other
    • Apply the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture to daily decisions and enablement activities. Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
    • Creates an environment in which their team pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank’s Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.
    • Builds a high performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment and using a coaching mindset and behaviours; communicating vison/values/business strategy; and, managing succession and development planning for the team.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing enablement, change management, or transformation roles.
  • Working knowledge of Workfront; experience with other marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe DAM, Planning Tool) is an asset.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional environments.
  • Proven ability to develop communication plans, facilitate workshops and experience in onboarding and supporting teams through change and technology adoption.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Understanding of risk, compliance, and governance considerations in a marketing or financial services context.
