The Senior Manager, Client Protection acts as an external representative of the Cybersecurity team for commercial and corporate clients. This role focuses on delivering client education and engagement to strengthen our collective cyber resilience. It reflects the critical importance of fostering a strong cybersecurity and risk culture within and beyond the organization. The position focuses on proactive education, ensuring clients have the tools and knowledge to protect their businesses.
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
- Meet with commercial and corporate clients to discuss fraud and cyber risk strategies.
- Deliver tailored presentations and workshops to educate clients on emerging threats, best practices, and preventive measures.
- Partner with Relationship Managers to add value to client relationships through proactive cybersecurity and fraud awareness sessions.
- Focus on delivering client education and engagement initiatives that strengthen collective cyber resilience and promote a strong risk-awareness culture.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, positioning the Bank as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity and fraud prevention.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client protection services and integrate them into broader strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and threat intelligence to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Develop and deliver client-facing resources, including guides, webinars, and digital content on fraud and cyber risk.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or client advisory roles.
- Strong understanding of cyber threats and awareness, fraud prevention, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive-level clients.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and deliver client-focused solutions.
- Strong knowledge of social engineering tactics and security best practices.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical audiences.
- Nice to have Security+, CISSP, or CISM certification.
