Purpose This role contributes to the development, maintenance, and evolution of the data architecture, information standards, and key business indicators, ensuring high levels of data quality, efficiency, availability, and governance, aligned with the strategic objectives of GBS and internal client areas, with regular interaction with teams in Canada. Accountabilities - Build, analyze, and manipulate large volumes of data from multiple sources to develop and maintain a robust data architecture that enables the creation of reports and analytical insights for all organizational levels, from operational teams to senior management and board members, on both a periodic and ad‑hoc basis.
- Design, develop, and monitor data quality metrics and indicators, ensuring high standards of accuracy, consistency, reliability, integrity, and availability of information. Provide robust analysis and reporting to support decision‑making for the GBS management team.
Identify, propose, and implement improvements to processes, information flows, and reporting models, using data analysis to increase operational efficiency, business effectiveness, and performance visibility. - Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of existing data architecture, analytical models, and reporting processes, including technical recommendations for MIS optimization, with a focus on efficiency, standardization, and information governance.
- Design, develop, and optimize automated processes for different operations, reducing manual activities, minimizing errors, and ensuring scalability and sustainability of analytical solutions.
- Actively participate in cross‑functional meetings, serving as an analytical partner and primary point of contact for internal clients and international teams, supporting requirements definition, incident resolution, and correct interpretation of metrics and results.
- Stay up to date with best practices, methodologies, tools, and trends in analytics, business intelligence, and data management, applying a continuous learning mindset reflected in the quality of deliverables for GBS.
- Provide technical support and methodological guidance to other analysts when applicable, promoting best practices, consistency, and analytical maturity within the team.
Reporting Relationships Primary Manager: MIS Sr Manager Direct Reports: NA Shared Reports (solid/dotted if applicable): NA Dimensions NA Education / Experience / Other Information (include only those that are specific to the role) Preferably 2 years of proven experience in MIS, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles, ideally within corporate environments or Global Business Services (GBS) organizations. Solid experience handling large volumes of data and multiple data sources while ensuring high standards of data quality and reliability. Proven experience in the design, development, and maintenance of executive reports and dashboards to support decision‑making at operational, managerial, and executive levels. Experience in process automation for analytics and reporting, reducing manual tasks and improving operational efficiency. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders and acting as a trusted analytical business partner. Experience in data quality and data governance, including definition and monitoring of metrics and standards. Experience providing technical guidance or mentoring to other analysts is desirable. Competencies Advanced English (B2) – regular interaction with teams and stakeholders in Canada.
