Purpose
The Senior Analyst is responsible for building dashboards, reports, and other tools within the Automation portfolio project workstreams within a Program or Project Portfolio. The Senior Analyst effectively partners with Program Managers and Business Leads to gather requirements, build the dashboards and reports, and maintain existing reporting tools.
What You’ll Do
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
- Partner with technology and program managers to integrate timelines and deliverables into project plans, create business requirement documents, test scripts, user acceptance testing, project artifacts, identify risks / issues / dependencies and obtain signoffs.
- Manage quality control / assurance testing process, issue reporting /resolution and sign-off / approval of project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop clear and concise dashboards and presentations that speak to the level of the consumer / audience.
- Provide clear updates for automation projects that support efficient and effective delivery while maintaining adherence to internal project management standards.
- Keep day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with the Bank's risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits. Communicates the Bank's risk culture and risk appetite statement throughout their teams.
- Champions a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment, communicating vison/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology or related field.
- Must be a power user of Power Bi and Power BI Report Builder.
- Must have strong knowledge of relational databases, data modeling and using unstructured data.
- Ability to import to Power BI from multiple data sources – Excel, SharePoint, SQL and Access.
- Must have an understanding of “O Data” and how it connects to the MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of how to administer the SharePoint access and setup subsites and lists.
- Worked with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Ability to pull down SharePoint lists in Excel and Power BI.
- Understanding of linking data to MS Project and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of the development lifecycle a plus..
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences at various levels within the organization...
- Effectively manage competing workloads and expectations where priorities can often change
