Role
The Manager, IB Regional Process Analysis & Transformation, is responsible for leading process analysis and driving enterprise‑level transformation initiatives across the region. This role partners closely with Operations, Technology, Finance, and PMO teams to improve efficiency by translating approved regional future‑state processes into clear, consistent, and high‑quality use cases and functional requirements.
The role ensures that regional transformation objectives are effectively enabled through technology, automation, and operational solutions across multiple countries, while appropriately incorporating local regulatory, operational, and system considerations.

Regional Process Analysis & Transformation Support
- Support regional process improvement and transformation initiatives aligned with IB and enterprise strategy.
- Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of current‑state processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Translate approved regional transformation problem statements and future‑state objectives into detailed process designs and requirements.
- Support the definition and documentation of regional TO BE processes, ensuring:
- Consistency and standardization where possible
- Appropriate accommodation of country‑specific regulatory or operational needs
- Ensure process analysis addresses root causes and supports scalable regional solutions.
Process Design, Automation & Solution Enablement
- Translate approved future‑state processes into clear, consistent, and high‑quality:
- Use cases
- Functional and non‑functional requirements
- Process documentation
- Partner with Technology and Automation teams to ensure solutions accurately enable the regional future‑state, rather than perpetuating localized legacy practices.
- Support identification and assessment of automation opportunities aligned with regional priorities.
- Validate alignment between process design, technology solutions, and operational readiness.
Benefits & Readiness Support
- Support the development of regional business cases through:
- Process analysis input
- Benefit identification support
- Dependency and assumption documentation
- Assist in defining process KPIs, success metrics, and baseline measurements.
- Support tracking of implementation readiness and adoption considerations across countries.
- Escalate risks, dependencies, or misalignments that may impact regional outcomes.
Regional Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with regional and country stakeholders, including:
- IB Operations teams
- Technology and Automation partners
- Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams
- Support governance forums by providing clear analysis, documentation, and decision support materials.
- Act as a regional point of coordination to ensure consistent understanding and execution of approved transformation direction.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in Process Analysis, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience translating processes enhancement into system and automation requirements
- Experience working in large, cross‑functional, regulated environments preferred
- The incumbent must be self-starting, detail-oriented, results-oriented, and highly motivated. Excellent communication and analytical skills are required to independently resolve complex, multi-dimensional business, technology and operational problems.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong process analysis and requirements elicitation skills
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, structured documentation
- Familiarity with process mapping (BPMN), user stories, and Agile / hybrid delivery models
- Strong Spanish & English written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with a solution‑oriented mindset
