Manager in Financial Services – Banking and Regulatory

Our team in Asia is facing exciting growth, and we are looking for passionate consultants to join our team. We are currently looking for a Manager to join our Banking practice to provide strategic and operational advisory for our clients.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Manager, you will help to build our expertise and guarantee the quality of delivery to ensure market-leading practices for our Hong Kong office, taking into account the global nature of our organisation and our clients.

This will involve:

• As part of the Risk, Data Protection & Compliance Business Unit, lead and deliver project work across a range of financial services clients including regulatory compliance, risk management and operating model transformation etc.
• Play a key role in business development by contributing to the definition of needs and participating in commercial activities (development of pitches, responses to RFP, etc.)
• Participate in the recruitment efforts to continually grow the team, and mentor and contribute to the career development of team members
• Working closely with other Sia Partners’ offices and leverage our global network to take part in cross-selling initiatives and widely share our knowledge
• Track the latest developments, news and activities across the financial services industry and contribute to the development of the Sia Partners brand in Asia (publication of articles, blogs, networking, event speaker).
• Support in the publication activities (sector blogs, articles, insights, etc.)
• Working closely with our other offices and leverage our global network to take part to cross-selling initiatives and widely share our knowledge
