Project Title: Senior Project Manager
Level: Mid-Senior
Project Length: This is a temporary position with an expected duration through March 31, 2025, with the potential of extension
Project Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Must reside in NYC, 2-3x a week in office
The expected compensation for this contract is between $130k - $180k per year. The exact pay rate will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location.
As a Senior Project Manager, you support the management of Fortune 500 client accounts and projects. Your responsibility is to ensure on time, on budget, and high-quality projects, while ensuring client satisfaction.

In this role, you'll leverage your creative services expertise to orchestrate seamless project execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies with client objectives. Your ability to cultivate strong client relationships and communicate effectively will be instrumental in driving successful project outcomes. As a seasoned professional, you'll uphold high standards of quality and efficiency, ensuring that every deliverable not only meets but exceeds both client expectations and firm standards
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Act as a point of contact for all project-related matters, from internal stakeholders including design and finance, to external clients and partners
- Develop and manage project timelines and regularly communicate project status to stakeholders and engagement leads
- Promote the flow of information in all project phases, ensuring that milestones such as client approvals and proposal goals are met and oversee each phase through to delivery/launch
- Support the maintenance and development of client relationships
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on project budget performance and outcomes
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Submit accurate accounting of time spent weekly
