Key Responsibilities

As a Manager, you will:

• Lead Strategic Projects: Oversee complex consulting engagements across the utilities sector, including strategy, digital transformation, operational excellence, regulatory advisory, and sustainability initiatives
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior clients, building trusted relationships with executives and stakeholders across public and private sector utility organizations
• Project Delivery & Team Leadership: Manage multi-disciplinary project teams, ensure high-quality deliverables, and provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants
• Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the firm through opportunity identification, proposal development, and thought leadership in the utilities domain
• Market Insight & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends (e.g., energy transition, smart grids, water conservation, ESG compliance) and bring forward innovative solutions tailored to regional challenges
