Project Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Hybrid - Greater Philadelphia, PA
The expected compensation for this contract is $145K-$166K per year. The exact pay rate will vary depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to skills, experience, and location.
We are seeking a Change Manager to join our consulting team and support the international rollout of Oracle Fusion Finance at a leading infrastructure services company. The Change Manager will partner closely with the program team, finance leads, and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new finance processes and technologies. This role will focus on delivering the change management activities required to prepare employees, leaders, and impacted functions for a large-scale transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the change management strategy and plan aligned with the Oracle Fusion Finance implementation roadmap.
- Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analysis, and business readiness activities across global finance teams and related functions.
- Develop and deliver communications, training, and end-user engagement programs tailored to finance stakeholders.
- Coordinate with functional finance leads to support role-based training design and end-user enablement.
- Partner with project leadership to identify change risks and resistance, recommending mitigation actions.
- Track, measure, and report on readiness and adoption metrics to support program leadership decision-making.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of new processes, policies, and system changes.
