Job description
As the Senior Manager– Lifestyle and FMCG at Sia Partners Singapore, you will play a crucial leadership role in driving the firm’s growth within the Lifestyle and FMCG sectors, leveraging your industry expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, delivering exceptional consulting engagements, recruiting new talents to grow the team and shaping the direction of the firm in these sectors.
You will lead efforts in Business Development, Sales, Client Relationship Management, Project Delivery, and Governance for Singapore while providing strategic direction to the team and contributing to the development of innovative solutions that drive business transformation for our clients.
Responsibilities
Consulting Leadership

Lead consulting engagements for Lifestyle and FMCG clients, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.

Provide industry insights, strategic guidance, and best practices to clients across the value chain, including supply chain optimization, digital & data transformation, customer experience enhancement, and marketing & distribution performance.

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, supporting team members and ensuring alignment with the firm's goals.
Business Expertise

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) within the Lifestyle and FMCG sectors, contributing to the development of thought leadership and innovative solutions that enhance Sia Partners' market reputation.

Play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s expertise and representing the organization at industry events and forums.
Business Development

Drive business growth in the Lifestyle and FMCG sectors.

Leverage your network to build and expand client relationships, acquire new business, and enhance Sia Partners' presence in Singapore.

Develop and lead commercial proposals, supported by a team, to win high-value engagements.
People Management & Leadership

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring their professional growth while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Establish goals for team members, provide feedback, and support the development of leadership skills within the team.

Actively contribute to the BU SteerCo and demonstrate strong leadership in developing both the business and the team.
