Job description

Impact

This role defines how a brand shows up at scale. As ACD you’ll establish and evolve the design systems and visual language that power everything from campaigns to product experiences to everyday digital touchpoints.

You’ll lead the creation of cohesive, flexible systems that bring consistency without sacrificing creativity. Your work ensures that every expression of the brand feels intentional, elevated, and unmistakably connected—whether it’s a major launch or a single asset.

Operating at both a conceptual and executional level, you’ll guide teams from big idea through final craft, shaping work that is not only visually compelling but grounded in clear strategic thinking.

What Success Looks Like

  • A clear, scalable design system that unifies brand expression across all digital and campaign touchpoints
  • Creative work that consistently reflects a high-end, modern aesthetic with strong attention to craft and detail
  • Teams are producing work faster and more consistently because of the systems and standards you’ve put in place
  • Brand expression evolves thoughtfully over time without losing its core identity
  • Creative output balances distinctive storytelling with performance and usability
  • Stakeholders trust your perspective and look to you to elevate both the work and the thinking behind it

The Kind of Work You’ll Lead

  • Defining and evolving end-to-end design systems that scale across campaigns, web, and content
  • Leading integrated digital campaigns with a strong, cohesive visual language
  • Establishing frameworks for how brands show up across owned, paid, and emerging channels
  • Guiding visual direction for launches, ensuring consistency from concept through execution
  • Elevating the overall creative standard and craft across all digital outputs

How You Show Up

You bring a strong point of view and know how to push work forward without overcomplicating it. You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity, helping shape direction rather than waiting for it.

You’re as invested in how the work gets made as the final output—building systems, guiding teams, and creating an environment where great design can scale.
