At Sia, we work with leading luxury Maisons, consumer brands, retailers and hospitality providers to design their future — from high-level strategy to hands-on implementation.
As a Manager on the Lifestyle & Consumer Goods, you will play a leadership role in delivering strategic and transformation engagements for senior clients across luxury, FMCG, retail and hospitality. You will be responsible for defining project approaches, managing multidisciplinary teams, driving high-quality client delivery, developing business opportunities, and strengthening Sia’s expertise in the sector.
This is a multi-tool leadership role where business curiosity, strategic thinking and technology innovation come together to deliver tangible client impact. Your focus will not be limited to one function — you will help clients connect the dots across brand, product, marketing, commerce, operations, digital, data and AI.
You will:
Lead strategy and transformation engagements

Manage strategic challenges across brand positioning, portfolio strategy, go-to-market models, customer experience, pricing, category development, omnichannel transformation and operating model redesign.

Define project frameworks, objectives, workplans, governance, workstreams, team roles and delivery milestones.

Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify business issues, assess impacts and define actionable recommendations.

Translate strategic vision into operational detail and ensure solutions are successfully implemented.

Leverage digital, data, analytics and AI tools to enhance project delivery, insight generation and transformation outcomes.
Manage senior client relationships

Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level and top management, and support account growth through high-quality delivery, client trust and identification of follow-on opportunities.

Prepare and lead complex or strategic meetings and workshops that support decision-making.

Maintain lasting client relationships and contribute to the development of a personal network in the market.
Develop Sia’s expertise in Lifestyle & Consumer Goods

Strengthen and promote specific expertise across luxury, FMCG, retail and/or hospitality

Share knowledge and best practices across teams and projects.

Contribute to internal capability-building initiatives, including communities, chapters, squads or sector-focused knowledge development.

Represent your expertise internally and, where relevant, externally through events, thought leadership or client-facing discussions

Identify, qualify and develop business opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
Manage and develop teams

Supervise and animate project teams, setting clear goals and supporting consultants in their development.

Coach and evaluate consultants, helping them strengthen their consulting, analytical, client management and delivery skills.

Identify and resolve internal project team challenges.

Act as a role model for Sia’s values, demonstrating strong work ethics, collaboration and client commitment.
