The Cybersecurity Senior Manager will be a key contributor to the expansion of Sia’s cybersecurity consulting services in the New York market, reinforcing the firm’s position as a trusted advisor.

This role requires deep cybersecurity expertise combined with consulting and business development experience. The successful candidate will lead cybersecurity engagements and key account development, while mentoring high-performing teams and ensuring delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with Sia's business objectives and consulting services.
• Lead and manage the cybersecurity consulting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Drive business development efforts in the New York City market by expanding service offerings and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Support the hub’s cybersecurity business expansion activities and coordinate go-to-market initiatives across priority offerings.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and deliver tailored solutions that address their challenges.
• Ensure efficient staffing and streamlined delivery management across cybersecurity initiatives.
• Participate in hiring, career development, performance evaluation, and retention of cybersecurity talent.
• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threats, and recommend proactive measures to enhance Sia's security posture.
• Prepare and present regular reports on the status of cybersecurity initiatives and business development efforts to senior management and stakeholders.
• Participate in major cybersecurity trade shows attended by C-Level executives and drive the achievement of relevant cybersecurity clearances.
