We’re looking for an International Benefits Program Manager to join the People team! This role is based in Singapore, and will be a part of the broader International Benefits team. This will be the primary person responsible for APAC employee benefits management.
What you’ll do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for our team members in the APAC region to assist with Benefits related queries, with broader geographical support provision as required
Support benefits administration tasks including enrollments, leaves of absence and benefits payroll files
Evaluate and develop methods and tools for improving benefits administration processes
Manage benefits communication with team members across all communication channels (e-mail, Slack, intranet, etc.)
Engage with our benefits partners externally (consultants, brokers and insurance vendors) to successfully manage our relationships and programs, and ensure effective and positive interactions with local program providers
Manage annual plan renewals, program evaluation, and develop recommendations to ensure programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements
Support with the design and implementation of Snap benefit plans and policies, and well-being strategies for existing and new countries as Snap grows
Assist in completion of new vendor agreements and insurance policies
Participate in global benefits projects, e.g. platform implementation
Support with the management of monthly billing and payment of insurance/benefits invoices; including set-up of new vendors in the payment system
Provide support in the design and management of leave programs across our countries
Develop and maintain Leave policies, processes, and administer employee leave requests
Partner with, and seek input from key partners including HRBP's, HRIS, Payroll, HR Compliance and Legal to ensure successful execution of programs
Be proficient in and stay up to date on current events in applicable countries including legislative and market developments
Assist in a variety of tasks which may involve research, creating presentations, maintaining databases and other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
Meaningful and regionally relevant experience in benefits administration, benefits program management, human resources, HR Compliance, or other related fields
Proficient in local employment legislation as it relates to Benefits, Total Reward, and Leaves
Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise in managing benefits administration and program management in a multinational environment
Fluency in a 2nd regionally applicable language, e.g., Mandarin (as required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in China and Taiwan), in addition to English as our main business language.
Proficient in Mac and Google applications (Drive, Sheets, Slides, and Docs), and Workday HRIS)
