<div> <p>• Lead support team members to troubleshoot and resolve, communicate incidents for traders, sales and operations on daily requests across the global applications.<br>• Provide thorough and clear analyses to unblock, assist and fix IT topics and issues for our business.<br>• Act as a coordinator between various teams like Infrastructure, development team to analysis and resolve root cause of issues and outages<br>• Manage prioritization of issues, and work closely with 1st &amp; 2nd level support and development teams.
