Position overview: We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Owner who is ready to take charge and lead our financial markets product development initiatives. This role requires a strategic visionary with ingenuity for execution and a deep understanding of customer needs. What you will do:

• Product strategy: Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs. Together with Scrum Master, define and communicate product vision and strategy.
• Prioritize & plan: Manage the product backlog with precision, prioritize features, and ensure that every sprint delivers value. Collaborate with stakeholders and other Agile Tribes to align priorities and expectations.
• Stakeholder management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries.
• Collaborate & innovate: Build true partnership to drive product development. Foster a culture of creativity and innovation to solve complex problems.
• Performance & metrics: Monitor product performance and user engagement. Use data and analytics to refine product features and drive continuous improvement.
• Budget administration: Ensure compliance with the allocated budget and the set deadline.
