Responsibilities

· Manage seamless delivery of day-to-day operations and ensure accuracy of financials figures recorded for the assigned entities

· Perform Reconciliation (Accounting & Management, Fx reconciliation, Bank/Notro (NXG), APS Schedules, P&L Variance analysis)

· Balance certification (Level 1)

· Maintaining clean accounts and ensuring no aged items in the accounts

· Managing complete DN process (From receipt until settlement)

· FA Accounting (Addition/Transfer/Disposal/Depreciation close/3- way reconciliation)

· Perform Month end activities and ensure smooth closing:

o Computation & posting of manual journals

o Validation and posting of manual journals

o Clearing of Suspense accounts/tech RC’s etc

o Run Auto-accrual, EOD jobs,

o Run Revaluation jobs

o Perform Pre-closure checks

o Confirm for books closure

· Support Projects UAT testing

· Ability to learn and perform within target timelines

· Adherence to SLA at all times and ensure Compliance & Information Security as part of Service Delivery

· Ensure 100% adherence to the SOP/AOC policy/Other relevant Policies and ensure regular updations of SOP’s.

· Handle customer queries (emails & calls) and ensure customer delight

· Save data daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly defined controls and provide data input for Monthly Governance meetings

· Support yearly internal/statutory audit

· The candidate should closely work with the cross functional teams, onshore and offshore delivery centers for smooth service delivery, transitions/migration

· Organize deliverables and manage prioritization of day to day operations

· Maintain knowledge of current trend, practices, technology and information and changes effecting processes

· Develop knowledge and skills required to perform the role and develop further on autonomy and ownership. Having Control Mindset

· Handhold the new joiners in the team and provide them support

· Adapt and contribute to initiatives and changes

· Contribute on initiatives around Operational Excellence

· Ability to manage the process related issues/queries independently
