Would be responsible for accurate and timely processing of transfer activities like Confirmation matching, STF etc.
- Complete the Process Training as per the plan and ensure full understanding of the activity.
- Develop the competencies in Process applications MITO, FINV, 1TOALL, QMF etc.
- Ensure the Confirmation matching and new Practica creation for STF is performed as per SOP.
- Should be able to meet the daily deadlines as per the KPI and SLA agreed.
- Should be able to work under pressure and manage the high volumes
- Experience on email management and responding to client queries in a SWIFT manner.
- Interaction & regular communication with onsite partners and maintain a strong business relationship.
- Adherence to break timings and being flexible to extend the work hours as per business requirements.
- Strong communication skills in English mandatory, Reading and Writing on Italian language would be an asset (B2
Certified)
- Completion of all mandatory SG GSC / SGSS Trainings before the deadline.
- Adhere to SG information security policies and code of conduct
