Responsibilities
The mission of Distribution and Credit Solutions (“DCS”) is to grow Société Générale’s financing origination by better connecting capital seekers with capital providers and building long-term partnerships with institutional investors.
DCS aims to optimize the credit chain resources, thereby increasing our relevance across the debt continuum, both public and private, by providing a fully integrated structuring, syndication, trading and sales platform.
Client Centricity: Deliver the full credit franchise to new and existing clients with a first-in-class mindset in identifying and responding to their needs, building long lasting relationships at each and every interaction.
Market Intelligence: Develop an advisory approach with relative value analysis and trade idea generation in close interaction with the trading and research team. Understand drivers of relevant markets and the needs of each client segment, to execute client trades, and to also feedback the information internally to management, other sales/trading/syndication/structuring teams to improve capabilities of the platform.
Value Chain Delivery: Ensure the highest quality trade execution, from pre- to post-trade processes, and safeguard the soundness of each client’s entire trading experience.
Teamwork: Cooperate and work closely with other team members to ensure client business continuity, and ensure effective teamwork within local and global teams, as well as with other departments in the group
Risk & Compliance: Understand the applicable legal and regulatory rules, Société Générale’s internal guidelines and approach to risk management, and comply with all aspects throughout the transaction
