<section id="job-detail-description"> <h2> Responsibilities </h2> <div> <p>The Trainee is mainly responsible for supporting the daily business activities of the Cross Asset Distribution Sales Teams - covering Private &amp; Retail Bank Distribution in Hong Kong and Singapore. The job holder is to provide support on administrative tasks, pre and post trade administrations, reconciling trade details, drafting documentation, automate repetitive work process and other ad hoc tasks/projects as necessary. </p> <p>Main Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist Sales team on daily workflow to optimize client services</li> <li>Work with internal Legal &amp; Compliance etc teams on different product offering documents, legal agreements etc. </li> <li>Check credit lines prior to trade execution and ensure requisite approvals are obtained where necessary</li> <li>Reconcile trade details with clients, traders, middle &amp; back offices etc and optimize the operation efficiency &amp; redeuce risk</li> <li>Report to team / seniors on regular basis</li> <li>Coordinate after-sales services for clients including settlement, valuations publication etc.</li> <li>Automate the recurring workload in existing platforms.</li> </ul> </div> </section>
