Responsibilities

Production Support:

  • Manage users requests and production incidents while providing regular feedback to end users.
  • Pro-actively monitor production systems and ensure that our monitoring tools are in line with our needs and take initiatives to improve their efficiency.
  • Ensure our system scabaility, performance and reliabality to support our business fullfilling our SLA.
  • Actively contribute to our follow the sun support model by engaging with peers in Europe and America in order to provide 24/6 technical support to our clients and internal traders.
  • Follow group's cyber security guildlines to ensure our systems is up to date.
  • Contribute the migration to public cloud transformation.
  • Industrialise & Automate our monitoring tools & create new ones when necessary in order to secure the Production
  • Work closely with infrasturue teams for daily operations and legacy management.
  • Rationalise, Industrialise and reduce the entropy of the numerous monitoring tools, emails & scripts
  • Create documentation and report regularly on issues to direct management, follows Production processes closely on incident, problem and request management, adheres to code of conduct.
  • Innovate, create new way of monitoring when necessary (Machine learning, Predictive approach)

Agile DevOPS Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to SDMA clients onboardings and related activities
  • Participate to series of practices and processes that are intended to speed up and automate aspects of the processes of developing, testing and releasing software, allowing for the continuous delivery of software and software updates.
  • Work with the Product Owner and end users to understand their requirements and translate them into detailed stories.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies to help the team move towards higher Agile maturity level. Continually improve quality, processes, and practices both locally and with the global team.
  • Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of business deliverable.
  • Research to determine if solutions currently exist within or outside the business unit
  • Design resilient / distributed solutions to meet high-availability business requirements.
  • Create, evaluate and execute manual or automated test cases.
  • Focus on quality and reusability of the code produced.
  • Document systems and provide training in areas of expertise.

  • Adhere to business line mandates relevant to the role as directed by your manager.
