Its main challenge is to design and deliver fast, easy-to-use IT solutions that are innovative, scalable and secure, inspired and designed with customers, while ensuring quality every day.</p> <p>To be part of Société Generale Global Solution Centre and RBS, means to work in a dynamic and active environment where your work has a real impact in the company’s activity.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <p>•Provide L2/L3 support for a Siebel Application in Banking Industry </p> <p>•Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Siebel Workflows, Business Components, Integration Objects, EAI and eScipt</p> <p>•Very closely with business users representatives, developers and infrastructure team to diagnose and resolve incidents</p> <p>•Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues</p> <p>•Participate in on-call support and week-end maintenance activities as required</p> </div> </section>
