About the Role:
The role is critical for Hardware Asset Management operation management. The role requires day to day operations planning, executing and effective delivery of various initiatives for Global IT Hardware Asset management. The individual should be able to…

3. Manage multiple transformational projects simultaneously.
Key Stakeholders:
Stakeholders in SG Paris and GSC India (GTS COO, GTS -Exco, IT Operations team in DWS/HCS/IAS, Finance, Sourcing, Account Payable) and Key stakeholders in various SG’s Global Regions.
Operations Management:
- Responsible for operations of the processes related to IT hardware asset life cycle management includes data analysis, exception identification, tracking and reporting compliances.
- Ability to work in a Global environment with key stakeholders spread across Paris, India and Globally. Be able to interact confidently with global stakeholders and Business Unit leaders.
- Ability to understand business requirement and develop solutions to improve the data quality based on KPIs.
- Manage regular BAU run activities within the agreed SLA's :
- Workflow Management for Hardware assets
- Execution of Receptions & Rejections for Hardware assets
- Jump Tickets execution for Hardware assets
- Data Validation & Reconciliation with Fixed Asset register (FAR) & Marley tool
- Execution of GPS controls
- Support in identifying opportunity for continuous improvements.
- Support/contribute achieve efficiency by process improvement, innovative ideas, etc.
- Participate on governance calls and strive to achieves the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Efficiency Management
- Ability to think beyond business as usual and automate existing processes.
- Provide data and prepare H/w asset management reports and metrices for reviews.
- Keep a keen observation on potential saving and cost avoidance opportunities.
- Be a good team player and provide support and backup to team members.
Relationship Management
- Be able to interact confidently with internal stakeholders and Business Unit leaders.
- Contribute and participates in transformations program, projects e.g., scope expansion and timely services delivery.
