Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support for front, back office, and support functions.
  • Lead or coordinate regional and local infrastructure projects (e.g., device refresh, OS migration, office moves).
  • Oversee local contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service quality standards.
  • Monitor and report on end-user satisfaction, proactively identifying areas for improvement and driving service excellence.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and contract reviews in alignment with SG global standards.
  • Oversee IT asset lifecycle: provisioning, tracking, decommissioning, and replacement.
  • Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams on incident and change management.
  • Maintain and enhance documentation, knowledge base, and user training materials.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring alignment and communication.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IT services and user experience.
