Do you want to develop a cross-functional vision of Corporate & Investment Banking activities, interact with a wide range of people and develop your regulatory expertise in financial market activities?
As a regulatory project manager, you will lead improvement and transformation projects within the global scope of SG Corporate & Investment Banking by providing all sponsors with the services required to successfully carry out projects and by identifying and managing improvements to processes and tools.
Join our regulatory project department which is responsible for:
Managing the regulatory project portfolio
Delivering to all sponsors the expected elements necessary for the proper execution of the projects (framing of missions, monitoring and implementation of solutions, management of the relationship with IT)
Handling of regulatory issues with operational impact and providing regulatory expertise service
Taking charge of tax-related projects for the global market activities of SGCIB (such as: HIRE Act 871m, FTT, FATCA, CRS, CARF, 1446f, etc.)
Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
Contributing to project scoping:
By analysing existing processes
By proposing organisational solutions (modification of processes, scope of work)
By working with the IT teams to obtain IT solutions (evolution of information systems)
By challenging the IT estimates and submitting them to your hierarchy for validation
By participating in the definition of project governance
Participating in the implementation of projects:
Drafting Business Requirements
Coordination of the various Corporate & Investment Banking actors in order to respect the
project planning
Framing, writing and executing test plans
Participating in change management (preparation, implementation, training, support and
functional assistance to users)
Managing project follow-up:
Organizing and leading project committees
Managing the timeline, project progress and anticipating risks of delays
Alerting the hierarchy in case of planning slippage
Ensuring the quality of deliverables (content, formalisation, clarity, readability, etc.)
Establishing and maintain good relationships with our partners:
By being very attentive to their requests
Responding to their queries with reactivity and a sense of service
By developing your expertise and the team's expertise on regulatory issues
