Tasks and responsibilities:

During your internship, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:

• You will conduct industry and company analysis as well as company valuations
• You will support in the preparation of client presentation materials
• You will assist in the preparation, origination and execution of M&A, ECM and other corporate finance transactions
• In terms of knowledge and experience, you will obtain expertise in:
• Insights in the M&A and Corporate Finance business of a leading European Bank
• Improve your financial and valuation skills as well as your research skills
