In this role, you will provide the essential coordination and operational support that enables our European banking and advisory teams to function effectively.

Your future scope of responsibility will cover:
Providing administrative assistance to senior Global Banking and Advisory leadership in Paris and worldwide
End-to-end travel coordination for our European teams, including booking transport and managing visa applications
Expense management, ensuring the accurate recording and reimbursement of business costs in line with group policy
Digital organization, including managing team access to shared directories and secure folders
Event planning, where you will coordinate and organize professional events for our clients
Team collaboration, working closely with other assistants to ensure seamless service and holiday coverage
