The analyst will be working alongside senior team members towards the origination and execution of structured finance transactions (e.g. project/asset finance) booked within SG CIB.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Draft credit applications and facilitate the approval process in collaboration with internal SG Group stakeholders involved in the file
• Review and negotiate legal documentation with the assistance of the legal department
• Closing process in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring the evolution of transactions including the update of credit files
• Monitor compliance with conditions in coordination with internal services
• In case of contractual changes, accompany structural changes and contractual negotiations in liaison with key external and internal stakeholders in order to maintain the quality of the transaction
